New Jersey Marriage Equality Now!

Our colleagues at Garden State Equality notified us that the New Jersey State Senate has just announced it is voting this Thursday, January 7, 2010 on the marriage equality bill. Let’s make sure that we start the new year right by sending a clear message to the New Jersey legislature that everyone deserves the right and the freedom to marry the person they love.

Meet us in front of the State House in Trenton on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. to march to the State House Annex where the vote will be held. Let your elected officials know that we need marriage equality now!

After the vote, join Garden State Equality for a news conference and a free member reception at the Trenton Marriott Ballroom on 1 West Lafayette Street. For more information, please contact Dani Bernstein at (909) 561-3738.

Together, we can make our voices heard and with your help, we can ensure that 2010 is a year marked by equality.

In Solidarity,
